We have a **unique** service that offers progressive day opportunities and overnight short breaks for young adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs within a **beautiful location** on the outskirts of Sudbury.

We are looking for **enthusiastic, fun, energetic** people to join our experienced team in delivering a high-quality service.

You would be working as part of a welcoming, friendly team **inspiring, encouraging and enabling** Service Users to engage in a person-centred programme of learning, vocational & leisure activities.

You will provide personalised care and support to Service Users to help develop communication skills, independence, social & emotional well-being and to help achieve their aspirations.

You will also be required to:

- Work supervised and unsupervised with individual Service Users or small groups, helping to encourage them to remain on task to complete activities.
- Ensure that all agreed care plans, recording forms, assessments, management strategies, and behavioural interventions are completed.
- Assist in the development of each individual and sensitively support their personal care needs and relationships.
- Work a combination of days, evenings, nights, and weekends
