Tradition and avant-garde in the purest English style, this city hotel with elegant rooms and suites fits in perfectly to the most select neighbourhood in the city. **Salary package: £13850 plus service charge // Hotel discounts // Health cash back plan // Meals on duty // Pension scheme // Loyalty rewards and referral bonuses // many more** - Night Receptionist_ - Part time Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalized assistance during the night hours of duty. - Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned. Complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines. - Be responsible for making sure that the hotel remains secure throughout the night while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles. - Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management - English, spoken and written - Love interacting with people. - Understand the impact of their job on the overall guest experience, safety, and security of the hotel operation. - Be a team player.
