A successful Executive Search Researcher, can expect:

In this exciting Executive Search Researcher role, you will:

- Support the winning and delivery of executive campaigns
- Deliver high quality research
- Prepare documentation that demonstrates a deep understanding of market issues
- Provide insights in advance of client meetings
- Manage executive search campaigns
- Develop and manage talent pools (C-Level talent)
- Recent top 40 university graduates who have a strong determination to break into Executive Search
- Previous commercial experience (customer facing, research or recruitment etc.)
- Those who can demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive, ambition, and commitment
- Intelligent individuals with a polished approach, high expectations and a strong desire
- Those with prior achievements (sporting, academic, workplace etc.)
- Those with attention to detail and a strong customer focus
- Individuals with a deep interest in the healthcare sector
