The Big Fang Collective are now recruiting for Sicker Than Yo Average **Floor Servers** in our venue but the question is do you have what it takes?

As an amazing Floor Server, it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible and have the best time We are not just an activity, we are an experience, so we want our guests to be super comfortable and happy throughout their visit.

**Have you got what it takes?**

We are looking for individuals with exuberant personalities that can help us to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, with a passion to provide **THE BEST** experiences for our guests. Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.

**Essential**
- Customer service experience
- Effective communicator
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders

**Desired**
- Previous experience in hosting or serving
- Basic knowledge of bar products
- Cash and payment card handling experience

**Showcasing your fantastic customer service skills will be the top priority and your role will include**:

- You will be there to welcome guests so first impressions count
- Organising the golf process and explaining this clearly around the venue, sharing the course rules and managing the flow of guests playing golf.
- Providing any pre-booked items through packages so organisation and a can-do attitude is key
- Taking orders so guests can enjoy making their way around without going to the bar.
- You will be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services.
