Job Description:
Clubhouse social in Meadowhall are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist with cleaning and maintaining the dining area to uphold our standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for processing payments.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Type:
Both part-time and full-time positions are available, offering flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
