**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with flexibility for occasional weekends and events)
**Pay**: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
**Requirement**: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

In partnership with Sodexo, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate **Front of House Catering & Hospitality Supervisor** to help us deliver service that matches our high standards and ethos.

This is a senior, hands-on position—ideal for someone with a proven record in premium hospitality or catering environments and a natural ability to lead teams in fast-paced, customer-focused settings.

**The Role**

You’ll be the face of our hospitality service, leading the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional experience for pupils, staff, and guests—whether during a busy weekday breakfast or a high-profile school event.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage hospitality events from start to finish
- Supervise all front-of-house activity, ensuring consistent service excellence
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-line staff
- Oversee breakfast service daily, ensuring smooth operation and presentation
- Act as Allergen Champion, ensuring safe, clear communication at mealtimes
- Liaise with kitchen and management teams to deliver routine and bespoke events
- Keep all menus, signage, and marketing materials accurate and up to date
- Manage stock and place orders via the Head Chef
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming dining environment
- Support with event set-up, décor, layout, and staffing
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance records
- Provide hands-on service during busy periods and special occasions

**About You**

You’ll have a strong background in hospitality or catering, with experience in a supervisory role and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
