**3rd Line / EUC Support Engineer - MAC focus**

Our client is looking for an experienced 3rd Line / EUC Support Engineer with a **focus on MAC** tech to join their team based in London.

**Role Purpose**

The **End User Compute**team act as a technical escalation point for the IT Service desk and Project teams as required. Their role is to ensure that all escalated calls from the teams are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
This role requires a dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive person who is detail and process oriented and who can work well individually or within a team supporting a range of different types of users and systems.

You should be very motivated, self-driven and willing/able to quickly find solutions to complex problems while under pressure with the ability to respond immediately to high priority problems.

**Example of requirements**

Provide outstanding customer service to all users and colleagues, ensuring that they receive an amazing experience every time they request assistance.
- 3rd Line escalation point for the IT Service Desk and Project teams.
- Major contributor on the road map for Windows/Mac technology, testing and advising on new hardware and OS releases.
- Administration of O365 products and services
- Plan and coordinate relevant project work e.g. new software or OS deployment

**Skills/Knowledge/Personal Attributes**:

- Positive, flexible and with a can-do attitude at all times.
- Fully focused on Customer Service Excellence - meeting and exceeding the customers’ expectations.

**Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years IT technical support experience (3rd line) within an ITIL focused environment
- O365 enterprise level administration
- Systems Management experience (SCCM, JAMF GPO deployments)
- Scripting and Automation (PowerShell, VBScript, batch files etc)
- Experience with MDM solutions e.g. MS Intune
- Active Directory design, deployment, administration
- Group Policy design, deploy, administration
- Experience managing Windows/Mac updates for 1000+ endpoints
- Planning, development and testing of desktop change requests
- Development of technical procedures and instructions for Support Teams
- Inventory/asset management
