Spearhead the Trust-wide rollout of e-Rostering — because who doesn’t love a good rota? Build strategic workforce plans that make future-proofing look easy. Collaborate with senior leaders to make data-driven decisions that actually stick. Keep our systems running smoother than a freshly brewed Yorkshire tea.
