If you’re ready to lead with purpose, laugh a little, and make a big impact, we’d love to hear from you. **Closing Date**: 5 October 2025 **Interview Date**: 20 October 2025 What You’ll Do Lead the charge in transforming workforce data into meaningful insights (and maybe even a few “aha” moments). Spearhead the Trust-wide rollout of e-Rostering — because who doesn’t love a good rota? Build strategic workforce plans that make future-proofing look easy. Collaborate with senior leaders to make data-driven decisions that actually stick. Keep our systems running smoother than a freshly brewed Yorkshire tea.
