**Summary**

We have a brand-new opportunity for a Lead Level BI Developer to effectively own the BI strategy and delivery for a large company based in West Yorkshire. In this role you will effectively own the design and implementation of BI Tools and Services withinthe business. The business is migrating to the cloud and they are looking for someone to effectively lead this migration

The position is offered on a hybrid working arrangement and comes with an excellent benefits package, including a £6000 car allowance and a bonus

**The Role**

This role is effectively the head of the BI function and reports to the Head of Architecture. We are looking for someone who can be the focal point and leader of the group which resource both within the UK and offshore.

This is a leadership role, and you will be expected to train, develop and manage developers and analysts as well as quality control all technical work.

**Key Duties**
- Develop the Business Intelligence function through managing the development of high quality, timely and accurate BI and analysis across all business functions to enable measured decision making and support the day-to-day operations for continued growthof the business
- Act as a consultant to internal business stakeholders, analysing their requirements and working with them to agree on the optimal way for insight to be presented
- Deliver tactical and strategic reporting and business intelligence
- Ensure delivered solutions are fit for purpose, well-researched, tested, and governance checked.
- Working with Power Automate to automate a business process
- Development of Power BI Reporting Solutions
- To be committed to the fair treatment of customers at all times
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies and FCA Conduct Rules
- To take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by acts and omissions at work

**Requirements**:

- Experience within in cloud environments - ideally within Azure
- Business Intelligence Development experience
- Power BI or other reporting tool.
