Our Quality Assessors are responsible for the monitoring of all calls to determine that the right outcome is achieved for our customers, ensuring that the calls are compliant and represent Essential Insurance in a professional manner.

You will need good time management skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and communicate audit findings to ensure the best possible service is being provided.

**Salary**: £25,000 per year

- 2.30pm latest finish on Friday’s
- No weekend working

**Experience**:

- Quality Assessor: 1 year (preferred)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
