Call Centre Operative

This role involves but is not limited to:
Operating switchboard to ensure that clients are transferred correctly and efficiently.
Typing messages during calls, to ensure delivery of communication in a timely manner.
Understanding of the business structure and services offered.
Using multiple database systems to search for relevant information
Providing an excellent and professional customer service to all callers.
**On occasion** providing support to our Document Control Department by welcoming clients into reception, this will include:
Accepting client documentation and certifying ID documents
Providing refreshments for clients and meetings
Receiving deliveries
Covering holidays and sickness of team members and other operational departments such as Document Control
**Requirements**:
A professional, flexible and reliable attitude and approach
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Ability to answer a high level of telephone calls on a daily basis, with targets in place.
Customer focus with a proactive “can do” attitude and eagerness to be helpful on every call.
Strong communication skills & ability to communicate at all levels and across all departments
Able to work within a team as well as independently
Able to demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic and ability to prioritise and problem solve.
Have a good understanding of Microsoft office, telephones and case management systems
