**Part Time Call Centre Assistant**

So, you’re a proactive people person, passionate about retail and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. If you’ve ever considered a career in optics, this Call Centre Assistant role could be perfect for you.

Your responsibilities will include answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner, transferring calls efficiently, responding to customer queries, and ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments.

Located inside the Serpentine Green Shopping Centre, our store has free on-site parking.

**What we’re looking for?**

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Centre Assistant. These include:

- Customer service experience in an office or retail environment
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
