We are hiring Picker Packers for a well known Nuneaton based food manufacturing site

As a Picker Packer, you'll be responsible for picking ingredients and packing them into customer's boxes, as well as other general warehouse duties. You'll be working closely alongside the Line Leaders ensuring accuracy and efficiency on the line. You willalso be expected to maintain excellent standards of packing quality, food hygiene and health and safety

**Responsibilities of a Picker Packer will include**:

- Picking, packing and stock movement within the warehouse
- Maintain the uninterrupted flow of the production line
- Work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments
- Keep the warehouse clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Support with goods in/out and stock control
- Escalate any problems to your Line Leader
- Comply with Food Safety Regulations and quality standards
- Adhering to and upholding strict Health and Safety standards

**Shift Patterns for our Picker Packer**:
Working hours Monday to Sunday, 4 days 48 hours a week.

Day shift 06:30-18:30, pay rate £10.15
Night shift 18:30-06:30, £12.18

**Salary**

£10.15 - £12.18 per hour.

**Successful Picker Packer requirements**:

- Keen eye for detail
- Able to work weekends
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
- Excellent team working and communication skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, positive, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Work well under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines
- You will be required to wear safety shoes at work. We advise you to also wear, layers of clothes, a hat, and gloves.
