**Warehouse Picker Packer - Haydock - Full-Time Permanent Role - Immediate Starts - Fantastic benefits - Earn up to £16.84 p/h**Centric Talent is looking for talented Warehouse Picker Packers to join our client's friendly and professional team based in the chilled/ambient department at their state-of-the-art site in Haydock on a full-time, permanent basis.

It would be beneficial for you to have previous experience working in a chilled/ambient warehouse environment in either picking, packing, loading, or other doing other manual roles. The role is target driven, and you will be given all the training requiredto become a speedy and efficient picker packer.
The Sainsburys warehouse is clean, and the teams are super friendly. You do have targets to hit, but we like to make sure you have an opportunity to earn more money when you achieve these, with a fantastic incentive of earning up to £92 per week on top of yourbasic salary in productivity bonus payments.
**Working for Sainsbury's in the Warehouse Picker Packer team, may involve but will not be limited to:**:

- Picking and Packing Food produce in a chilled/ambient warehouse
- Loading/Unloading Containers
- Driving LLOP or PPT equipment - Free upskilling (Full training provided)
- Scanning barcodes to make sure that the system is up to date
- Using touchscreen, computer & voice technology to receive instructions.
- Lifting and palletising products
- Making sure you conduct your job in line with Health & Safety requirements on site
- Other general warehouse duties as and when required
- Using IT equipment to input and find orders
- Manual handling & heavy lifting
This will be an exciting and varied role in the warehouse, and this list is designed to give you an idea about the day-to-day tasks you will be required to complete.**
- Numeracy and literacy skills at a proficient level
- Strong eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment
- Good IT skills

**Hours of work for our Warehouse Picker Packers at Sainsbury's:**
Working shifts are any 5 over 7 - this means you will be required to work some weekends.
Various shift patterns available:

- 18:00 - 02:00
- 22:00 - 06:00
For those choosing to work nights, there is a shift enhancement paid, increasing the basicc hourly rate to £13.13 p/h
