**Family Practitioner**

Want to make a difference to homeless and vulnerable families? Join our team of staff at The Gingerbread Centre.We are looking for a Family Practitioner to work at our Catherine Court site.

**Hours**:30 per week, over 5 days

**Salary**: £11.15 per hour / £17,440.83 per annum

You will:

- **Deliver housing-related support to families**
- **Keep accurate records and case notes**
- **Have excellent oral and written communication skills**
- **Promote independence and support families in moving on from the service**

You will welcome any new admissions, who arrive during your shift. You will carry out support sessions with families, so they can reach their best possible outcomes and achieve their aspirations.

You will encourage independence whilst providing support with routines and life-skills attainment. You will complete Initial Assessments and engage service users with other projects.
