**Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Site Based (Harrogate) with some remote working
Contract: Inside IR35
Hours/Duration: Full time, 5 days per week. 7 Month contract with some potential to be extended.**
**The Role of Project Manager**
Our client, who is one of world's leading insurance brokers, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their existing project management community to assist in the migration and implementation of a new insurance platform. This project is expectedto last for 7 months with possible opportunity for extension. The role will be worked as a blend between client site in Harrogate (3 days) and home (2 days).

**About you**

This role will suit somebody with experience in the financial or insurance sector.

**Essential**
- Project Management experience, working client side with senior stakeholders
- Experience in the migration and implementation of new software systems.
- Plan and conduct effective meetings and track actions to completion.
- Ability to communicate IT at an appropriate level for users with different levels of technical understanding.
- Extensive experience of managing third party suppliers.
- Experience of corporate project work with multi-disciplinary teams at a variety of levels
- The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions
- Finance or insurance experience desirable but not essential
