Position Overview Project Manager – Redcentric – 18‑month fixed‑term assignment (UK based only). The role sits on the Procurement Team to support a Transition Services Agreement (TSA) following the sale of the Data Centre business. The Project Manager will oversee the TSA governance, contract compliance, communications, exit planning, and additional procurement cost‑saving initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as TSA Manager Own and set up end‑to‑end TSA governance and delivery. Act as the primary point of contact between Redcentric MSP and Data Centres. Lead, manage and coordinate delivery of commitments to DC under the TSA. Monitor service delivery, SLAs, costs, and timelines. Escalate and resolve disputes or performance issues. Oversee TSA exit planning and transition to steady‑state operations. Act as TSA PMO Maintain TSA tracker (services, SLAs, end dates, extensions). Identify, assess and manage project performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies and report to the Leadership Team. Support documentation and change control. Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies and exit readiness. Act as Contract Manager Interpret TSA clauses and resolve disputes. Manage amendments, extensions and termination notices. Ensure alignment with broader separation agreements. Change & Communications Lead Communicate TSA timelines, changes and risks. Support handover to permanent service providers. Manage expectations across both organisations. Plan for Exit Define and track exit milestones. Coordinate cutover activities and decommissioning. Other Project Management/Procurement Initiatives Lead and deliver multiple ad‑hoc projects within the Procurement function, creating efficiencies and cost savings. Provide oversight and strategic review of MSA performance and effectiveness. Person Specification Proven experience in project management, ideally within procurement, supply chain or business transformation environments. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated experience managing transitions, supplier onboarding/offboarding or service migration projects. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana or similar). Solid understanding of procurement processes and contract lifecycle management. Highly collaborative and team‑oriented approach. Detail‑focused with a proactive mindset. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery. Working Hours & Travel The company’s standard working hours are 9:00‑5:30 Monday‑Thursday and 9:00‑3:30 Friday, with flexibility required.
