Internally known as a Marketing Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining client social media accounts and for the service and delivery of our marketing products working closely with client websites. So, you will need to be computer literatewith experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)

**Main Purpose of Role**
You will be working as part of a small team delivering fantastic client service delivering a mix of our quality marketing service products.

Specifically, supporting the design and implementation of new and upgrading existing client websites and the production and delivery of other marketing services products. You will have extensive client contact and build relationships up to ensure longevityof client tenure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling design briefs for new and upgrading of existing, client websites.
- Delighting the customer in all aspects of the production and delivery of all other marketing service products.
- Dealing with technical queries on websites.
- Liaise with editorial team and Accsys to create a content wireframe, approve with client.
- Supporting clients with website going live and queries.
- Post social media product posting, create the renewal on a spreadsheet, work with Social Pilot, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Ensuring products are exactly to the clients' specification.
- Exceeding customer expectations in the delivery of marketing service products.
- Collaborate with design team by running data from Salesforce for printed/digital delivery.
- Dealing with invoice queries and raising credits.
- Renewing client subscriptions within Salesforce and checking on third party portals.
- Proofreading client proofs and liaising with clients for their approval.
**Expectations**:

- The role is key to delivering on customer delight on websites and other marketing service products as required.
- The role requires the ability to source any missing information necessary to build products in a required time frame

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience working in a client focused role
- Administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and proof reading skills
- To be computer literate
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce - desirable
- Experience reporting on Salesforce - desirable
