The role will report to the Resourcing Lead and you will work as part of the wider HR function. You will collaborate closely with the existing members of the Talent Acquisition team to provide recruitment support and help to coordinate our direct hiring activity.
The position would suit an inhouse recruitment coordinator or an agency resourcer, especially someone used to working in a high volume, high paced role. The role will be a hybrid model of office and home-based working, with Huddersfield being the primary office location.
RPS is a global professional services firm of 5,200 people. Operating in 125 countries we’re as diverse as the communities and clients we represent. Together, we define, design and manage projects that create shared value in a complex, urbanising and resource-scarce world. Here we work as one team, we roll up our sleeves and we get things done.
**What you’ll be doing**
Our Talent Acquisition team works across all RPS Group Segments providing bespoke high-quality talent acquisition services that include Volume, Specialist and Strategic Resourcing, Internal Talent mobility, Talent Pipelining and Talent Insight. As a team we deliver a range of bespoke and dedicated services for talent acquisition and retention across the group.
Within the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the review of CVs with the Hiring Managers
- Interview scheduling and coordinating diaries
- Coordinating the offer preparation including checking all Right to Work documents and submitting the offer request to the HR team.
- Creation, updating and maintenance of requisitions in the recruitment system for your assigned business areas
- Coordinating requirements for temporary staff
- Advertising vacancies on various job boards as required
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Partners with any other adhoc duties and project work
**Who we’re looking for**
You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably have experience in using an ATS (applicant tracking system).
Previous experience in a recruitment environment is essential.
**What’s in it for you?**
Here you’ll find true support and encouragement. We’re an accredited training provider and we support learning and development for everyone. A personal development plan and a transparent career pathway puts you in the driving seat of your career and you’ll be supported as far as you want to go.
We encourage and value different ideas, perspectives, and styles of thinking. We need a mix of experiences and skills to develop the most innovative ideas. We respect one another and recognise the potential and contribution of everyone. You’ll be joining a diverse community and a company that puts its people first and prioritises their wellbeing.
We understand the need to work flexibly, with agile offices and hybrid working offered as standard, we’re happy to talk about flexible working. This is a workplace that works for you.
