**Let’s take a close look at what your day-to-day will look like.**
- Providing support to Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding Specialist/Business Partners throughout the talent acquisition and onboarding journey
- Ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to
- System administration support for Applicant Tracking System and internal/external query resolution
- Supporting local and regional assessment centres
- Ensuring smooth new employee information handover to HRSSC
- Participation and support of cross-functional projects within the People team

**Must haves we’re looking for in experience for this role**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume administration and process environment preferably in a regulated environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role where high levels of communication and service is evidenced
- Demonstrable ability to build and manage key relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Use of multiple digital platforms and systems
- Happy to commute to our Head Office in Sutton Coldfield 2 - 3 days per week.
