We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join us at our Currys site in Newark, to provide flexible and efficient support to the Employee Relations department.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You would be working Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Manage the Employee Relations inbox daily, ensuring all investigations, disciplinaries and grievances are actioned in a timely manner, in line with GXO policies
- Provide first level advice to line managers on ER case management
- Support with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeal meetings as required
- Preparing and issuing invite and outcome letters and maintaining accurate records
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Previous HR Administration experience in a similar capacity, with a generalist background
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards would be beneficial
