**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Participate in promotional activities and assist with visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required.
- A keen interest in the products being sold is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
