**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling and processing payments.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer service excellence.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock checks as required.
- Provide support in promotional activities and events to drive footfall and increase sales.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is advantageous for multilingual communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Demonstrated ability to sell products and services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
