**Responsibilities**:
As an Employment and Training Coordinator with Change Grow Live, you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

**Responsibilities**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Inspire Lancashire Education, Training and Employment (ETE) Team on a part time, permanent basis. The days of work are flexible to the successful applicant.

You will be working within our Integrated Substance Misuse Service in North Lancashire and will be based across the Bay and Fylde Coast.

You will be responsible for supporting our service users to achieve their goals relating to ETE and will offer quality information, advice and guidance to those on your caseload.

You will work with external stakeholders and partner agencies including DWP, Job Centre Plus and build relationships with employers, further / higher education organisations and adult training providers to create a variety of opportunities for all.

This a rewarding role and the chance to be part of a Lancashire wide team. We encourage applicants from outside the Health & Social Care sector with transferable skills.
