**Lead Software Developer / Senior Software Developer - £60,000 to £80,000 (Remote)**

We are looking for a talented lead software developer with a passion for making tech for good to work on a bespoke video streaming & testing platform designed to help the aspiring health professionals of today become the world class medics of tomorrow. Youwill be investigating how artificial intelligence can be used to drive efficiencies through the power of automation, working on ground-breaking research and development projects which will transform the way medical professionals are assessed all over the worldthrough the power of AI

**Core responsibilities**:

- Debug and deliver content for maximum performance and the best possible user experience
- Confidently share new ideas, techniques, and methodologies to deliver best in class solutions
- Maintain our greenfield systems using technology such as C#.Net Core, Azure DevOps, Docker, Microservices, AKS, React and TypeScript.

**Essential skills**:

- C# ASP.Net /.Net Core
- SQL Server
- Entity Framework or similar ORM
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- Agile software development methodologies and tools

**Desirable skills**:

- Mentoring / leadership experience
- React / React Native
- Docker
- Microservice architecture
- Azure DevOps
- Umbraco
- CI/CD such as Azure YAML pipelines
- Xamarin
- .Net MAUI

- £60,000 to £80,000 base salary _(flexible dependant on experience)_
