We are Parador Care Support Ltd and we provide clinical training for the carers of those with profound Clinical Conditions who choose to live in their own homes. We work on behalf of NHS Commissioners, Case Managers & Professional Deputies to ensure that delegated health care tasks are carried out correctly and safely.
We are currently looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator to be based in the North West, to deliver training and sign off competencies for teams of carers in this or surrounding areas. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all attendees are equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills to complete their roles successfully.
All applicants MUST be NMC qualified or have experience in a clinical training role within complex care.

Key
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver bespoke training courses and assess competency
- Sign off competencies to ensure safe working practices are observed
- Assess/Update/Write Care Plans
- Produce training materials, manuals or documentation
- Prepare reports and analyses
- Coordinate training programmes and schedules
Person Requirement
- Experience of PHB market would be advantageous
- Full driving licence essential
- Qualified Nurse with active NMC PIN- RGN
- Paediatric & Adult preferred
- Solid experience in training within the care sector within COMPLEX CARE
- Experience in presentation of training programmes
- Moving and handling trainer advantageous
- Safeguarding trainer advantageous
- Up to date knowledge of all legislative and regulatory industry standards
- Ability to organise own work and carry out duties without direct supervision
- Good attention to detail
**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Warrington, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Valid NMC registration (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
