**Senior Research Executive**

Working across 2-3 of our key sectors, you’ll assist on a number of projects to ensure they’re delivered on time, to specification and to budget. You'll undertake a range of research tasks efficiently and to a high standard, whilst coordinating and supporting more junior team members, ensuring they're able to develop their skills while also developing your own.

You'll work within a talented team of people and learn from industry leading researchers, developing your research and business skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects and tasks through effective planning and prioritisation
- Supervise and delegate to (T)REs and RAs
- Design high quality questionnaires and guides
- Proactively manage and monitor projects in field
- Conduct qualitative interviews, actively listening and probing appropriately
- Ensure accuracy in questionnaire scripts and data outputs
- Produce insightful analysis and reporting
- Work in partnership with other departments
- Be familiar and confident with all aspects of the research process
- Have great written and verbal communication skills
- Have produced analysis and reporting that is well presented, well-structured and clear with some good insight
- Be able to work positively and flexibly within project teams, to get the best out of all
- Be able to work autonomously
- Be pro-active and react decisively to changing circumstances
- Build on the success of IFF
