The Multi Skilled Operator role is based within our Grinding Room within the Warehouse. The shift pattern for this role is Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 to 06:00.

**What's the role about?**

Reporting to the Team Leader, the role is truly multi skilled whereby you will be responsible for ingredients and booking out finished and individual spice mixes. You will be responsible for the unloading and loading of raw materials and finished goods. You will work in a busy operational environment whilst maintaining high GMP standards and practices. You will carry out checks on finished goods to an agreed standard and be able to demonstrate accuracy in paperwork and calculations.

- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to seamlessly adapt to business requirements to ensure we Make it Happen.
- Have a high level of integrity who will maintain high standards.
- Has an understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety and GMP requirements and demonstrates an ability to consistently adhere to these.
- FLT / Counterbalance and Reach Truck experience and license is required.
- Be confident and competent in accurately in operating machinery and completing paperwork.
- Demonstrates a willingness to Raise the Bar, by seeking opportunities for improvement of our processes.
- Have good communication skills and the ability work collaboratively with the Team, the Team Leader and key Stakeholders.

Pay: £31,759.47 per year
