Finance Buisness Partner
- Glasgow Based

**About Our Client**:
Our client is a global market leading function, who have their office's situated in the centre of Glasgow.

Some of your responsibilities will be to support the Deputy Director of Finance in the:

- Preparation of the annual budget as directed
- Preparation of the annual forward financial forecasts as directed
- Preparation of the statutory accounts and year end returns as directed
- Annual audit process both External and Internal
- Coordination of the annual capital expenditure bidding process
- Preparation of regular accurate data for statutory returns. This includes but is not limited to HESA, TRAC, OSCR, SFC, ONS Returns; FOI Requests; ad hoc requests for information
- Supporting budget managers in specific management accounting tasks including the production of business cases and where necessary support the preparation of bid documentation for project funds
- Production of the annual Financial KPIs
- System implementations
- Scenario planning and the development of finance projections for strategic projects
- Overseeing the credit control function

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Part Qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification
- Experience working within a finance office/accounting environment
- Excellent interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to handle a number of complex tasks at the same time.
- Experience of working both within an unsupervised role and as part of a team.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and multi-tasking
- Ability to analyse/interpret data and take appropriate action.
