Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner for our client based on the outskirts of Glasgow.

The Company

Our client is a global brand and a recognised specialist in their field. Their fast paced and agile culture has helped shape their dynamic finance function and paved way for this newly created Finance Business Partner role.

The Role

This role will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for providing financial information and decision support to senior management. Some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Production of month end management reporting packs
- Coordination of budgeting/forecasting processes
- Preparation of monthly and long-term cash forecasts
- Support the business in making informed decisions through the production of fact-based analytical work
- Champion process improvements to improve efficiency
- Support the Financial Director in setting up new projects
- Ensuring internal and external accounting policies are adhered to

Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant
- Experience in a business partnering role
- Strong management and financial accounting knowledge
- IT Literate
- Excellent communication skills
