We have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Services Manager to join our team based in the Midlands The salary on offer is from £38,000 - £53,200, Car allowance of £3,000 & Bonus scheme

**The role is being offered on a 12 months fixed term contract.**

The role of the Facilities Services Manager role is to contract manage all aspects of facilities services with sustainable mindset. The facilities portfolio is across a defined geography for which they are responsible.

The Facilities services manage will be accountable to the Senior Facilities Services Manager and have a team of Facilities Coordinators, Facilities Support Assistants, and management of frontline delivery of staff.

Being the customers key point of contact and leading a team to deliver NHSPS service standards, maintain safety excellence and ensuring a secure workplace, drive continuous service improvement and improve customer experience.
