JOB TITLE: Contract Administrator

LOCATION: Burgess Hill/Haywards Heath

HOURS: 37.5 Hours

**Salary**: £24k - £25k (Dependant on Experience)

Contract: Permanent

Working Style: 3 days in office and 2 from home (Fixed)

To actively monitor the performance of contracts ensuring continuity of supply to customers. To support and maintain the contract management model.

Duties include:

- The successful applicant will help build and nurture the relationships between the business and internal and external customers
- Liaise with relevant procurement representative on forecasting demands or/and ad hoc requests in order to maintain customer supply
- Ensure that service levels are maintained
- Deal with customer queries and complaints as necessary
- Coordinate and present statistical data and reports where required
- Report any performance issues to the relevant teams
- Ensure overall quality and accuracy of all document administration

About You:

- Excellent computer skills and extensive data analysis skills especially in Excel and Access
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in forecasting, supply planning, or similar Supply Chain role preferred
- Ability to adapt changing business needs and priorities
- Results driven with a can-do attitude to ensure solutions

Next steps:

- This position will be working from an office with COVID-19 procedures in place
- Hybrid flex of 3 days in and 2 days from home
