**Employment: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:45 - 17:00**

**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform all mortgage adviser duties to a high level of accuracy, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, becoming a key part of our clients' property ownership journeys.
- Work with the business compliance function to ensure excellent standards are upheld.

**Who you are**:

- You will be CeMap qualified and have a proven track record of giving mortgage advice to buy-to-let and portfolio clients
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
