As part of the Marketing Sales and Services team you will be s upporting the Custom Product related channels for Ford of Britain and Ireland. Your will maintain and build profitable vehicle sales volumes/market share, conquest competitor sales/actions, deliver leading dealer/customer satisfaction throughout the customer purchase funnel process for all customer types.
- Highly numerate with strong core MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Previous experience with Programming systems and SEER, VISTA will be beneficial.
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to present comfortably up to and at board level essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a disciplined, methodical approach to quality checking.

- Support the Product Manager for Transit Custom and Tourneo Custom, in maintaining the Ford CV leadership position/growing segment share.
- Undertaking relevant pricing and product leadership actions as appropriate to face off new competitor product/marketing actions and grow sales volumes via fleet and retail customers.
- Lead the go to market process to support the promotion of cross CV team communications and sharing of best practices.
- Manage incoming customer and Dealer queries via Freshdesk system to ensure fast, accurate and robust responses. Use learnings from customer queries to improve processes and customer communication materials to minimise future queries.
- Manage run out and sell down of outgoing products as appropriate across the business channels.
- Look for simplification opportunities within the vehicle line-up to ensure unnecessary complexity is minimised.
- Support fleet CV product tender completions.
- Analyse sales/model mix analysis/market trends in which to support the leadership objective.
- Use the above analysis to support accurate forecast requirements at entity level in system and support Manager in the development of a wholesale plan..
- Maintain and publish the latest Order Guide/Pricelist for each model.
- Support, manage and coordinate dealer, agency and internal CV Product training programmes.
- Support Marketing teams with relevant CV product correct materials, maintain and develop new model launches, advertising programmes.
- Support the Product brochure writing, updating and proof-reading process.
- Evaluate and drive Yield Management opportunities to improve mix and profitability.
