What’s involved in the role?
- Speaking to new and existing customers around Hertfordshire
- Recruiting and coaching a team led by you, rewarded by our progression program
- Constant support and motivation from leading core members

No experience is necessary, although we preferably look for people with previous experience in customer service, sales and marketing, sales representative, marketing supervisor, sales executive, direct sales, field sales, marketing executive, retail, service supervisor, call center, call center inbound, marketing representative, manager, bar manager, hospitality, receptionist, warehouse, marketing assistant, front of house, direct marketing, sales assistant, and any other customer service or sales role.

Performance based earnings with average earnings being £350 - £550 weekly. However, earnings are uncapped, and you're more than welcome to make your own average, like all of our top performers do

**Salary**: £350.00-£550.00 per week
