**Who are we looking for?**

We’re searching for a recent or soon-to-be graduate who’s ready to launch a career in data-driven customer success, delivering best-in-class service to clients.

Ideally, you’ve done some customer-facing work and enjoy turning data into a clear story. You’re also comfortable taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through.

This is a great opportunity to make a real impact at one of the North West’s most exciting tech start-ups.

**Role requirements**
- Some experience in a customer-facing role
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Good reasoning skills and the ability to make data actionable
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A motivated self-starter who can prioritise effectively

**What you'll be doing**

Working directly with our Data & Insight Executive, and supporting the wider team, you’ll be responsible for providing a great client experience, including:

- Supporting client reporting, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and on time
- Successfully resolving client queries and helping with client engagement
- Promoting New Possible, including delivery of our social media plan
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

**What we offer**
