**The Role**

As a Business Lettings Manager you will be responsible for the overall running and organisation of the Lettings operations.

The Business Manager must be the pacemaker, providing leadership through example, effective communication, motivating and training the staff so their potential is achieved and the business is driven forward and developed.

It’s a busy and dynamic role that will see you go above and beyond, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience whilst always looking ahead to see how the branch can operate even more efficiently.

You’ll support staff training and development and thrive to be a highly successful and award winning team.

In return for your hard work you will receive a very competitive basic salary plus an opportunity to substantially increase your basic with an excellent commission structure, OTE £55k
