Are you a true leader? Can you inspire teams to give it their all - even when the going gets tough? As a Multi Unit Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll oversee all the brand units on-site, inspiring Unit Business Managers and their teams to give exceptionalcustomer service and deliver great business results.

This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted. You’ll need loads of energy and ambition. You’ll need to be happy making tough decisions to keep things on track.

You will lead a site team and optimise their ability to deliver the Welcome Break Values, Behaviours, and Business Goals and always deliver outstanding ‘Famous Five’ customer service across the site.

This ensures a safe, warm, comfortable, customer-focused and profitable environment.

**You will support the business in the**:
- Overall customer experience and adherence to brand or Welcome Break standards
- Implementation of policy, procedure and change programmes.
- Building, coaching and retention of UBM’s and their teams for optimised performance.
- Delivery of EBITDA.

**Your experience**

You’ll have an impressive track record as a manager in a multi-branded retailenvironment. You’ll also need experience leading large, diverse teams, inspiring them to hit challenging sales and service targets.
- Deep understanding of quality brand delivery.
- Advanced problem solving and decision-making.
- Financial acumen.
- Facilities management.
- Able to balance multiple business demands
