**Job Overview**:
Following our recent expansion and move into a brand new, purpose built setting, we are seeking further passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery School Practitioners to join our vibrant and supportive nursery team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for young children, supporting their development through both structured and spontaneous activities. You will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where children can thrive, develop, and have fun.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high standards of physical, emotional, and social care to all children in the nursery.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers, maintaining effective communication and offering advice and support where necessary.
- Help create a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring that the nursery is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
- Promote positive behavior and support children's emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, sharing ideas and supporting one another.
- Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies and procedures at all times.

**Key Requirements**:

- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of child development.
- Experience working in an early years setting, preferably within a nursery environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- A positive, proactive, and caring approach to children’s well-being and development.

**Additional Information**:

- **Salary**: Starts from £13.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- **Hours**: Minimum 4 days per week, with a standard 9-hour shift, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
