If you are an experienced and successful Delivery Manager then this is a great opportunity for you to join Asda as a Delivery Manager within the growing ServiceNow Team.

The Delivery Manager role is responsible for the delivery of the development efforts of the ServiceNow IT solutions, leveraging the ServiceNow Platform. They will oversee the SeviceNow IT delivery services, planning, development, and deployment strategy, including defining the goals and timelines for ServiceNow enhancements and projects. Participate in meetings with the business to understand and manage service demands and to explore potential opportunities. The Delivery Manager is responsible for monitoring problems, overseeing the solution and ensuring that development gets deployed in line with the ServiceNow release calendar. They will collaborate with the wider team to assign resources to development efforts and monitor project delivery progress.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead the development team activities for both in-house and offshore developers. Helping to remove blockers and obstacles that may get in the way of delivery, allowing the team to focus on their development tasks.
- Work alongside stakeholders to understand and manage their ServiceNow demands, exploring and identifying potential solutions and opportunities for their vision and needs.
- Lead the team to work in an agile and lean way. Reviewing and defining best practices, KPIs & metrics. Building in processes to continually monitor and improve performance across the team.
- Manage the ServiceNow release cycles to ensure that development gets deployed in accordance with the release calendar.
- Represent the team at various meetings and forums, including ServiceNow engagement activities, internal meetings and roadmap planning.

**About You**
- Delivery-focused, with experience using Agile/Scrum methodology to help teams establish an efficient delivery environment, leading with an innovative and continuous improvement mindset. Overseeing platform governance and development functions in accordance with Asda objectives.
- Prior experience in managing backlogs, strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships. Understanding and articulating stakeholder business requirements.
- Knowledge and successful in creating the right environment for teams to be successful and deliver value.
- An effective leader - ability to engage, motivate and support team members to become more effective in their role.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in working in large technology business environments.

**Desirable skills/qualifications**
- ServiceNow Knowledge\Certifications (CSA - ServiceNow Administrator, CIS - ServiceNow Implementation ITSM/HRSD/CSM/ITOM, ServiceNow Governance Framework, CoEI)
- Agile

- ITIL
- Business Analysis
