**JOB DESCRIPTION**

At Seeds of Change we are seeking IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance) Careers Advisors to join our growing organisation for current and/or potential opportunities in the future.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide career guidance and support to individuals seeking employment or career advancement
- Assess individuals’ skills, interests, and goals to help them make informed career decisions
- Educate individuals on job search strategies, CV & cover letter writing, and interview preparation
- Assist individuals in developing and implementing career plans
- Stay up to date on industry trends/information to provide accurate and relevant advice

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ideally L6 Qualification in Careers Guidance, or willingness to undergo provided training
- Proven experience as a career advisor or similar role
- Knowledge of career development theories and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Familiarity with job search platforms and online networking tools
- Strong organisational and time management skills
