The Role: As a Health and Safety Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance across local sites while promoting a strong health and safety culture. With the freedom to manage your own diary, you’ll have autonomy in your role and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing division. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement site-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Provide training, guidance, and support to site teams on health and safety matters. Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Promote a proactive health and safety culture across all levels of the business. Collaborate with site teams and senior management to drive continuous improvements in health and safety performance.
