Junior Pa

We are looking for a Junior PA to help support the day to day activities of a busy MD. This is an exciting opportunity for a smart, organised and methodical person to join our team.

You will work alongside a busy PA who has worked directly for the Managing Director for the last 15 years, her experience and knowledge means she is the perfect person to help you grow and develop in your career.

We are a dynamic, fast paced organisation and the role of will allow you to develop your skills across a variety of back-office functions. There will be the opportunity for you to learn aspects of various roles within our business.

You will assist in the organisation and activities of a driven and hands on MD, from diary management, organising hotel and travel arrangements, arranging company events, managing company assets and key customer management.

ADSI provides business to business services across a variety of technical solutions, we have spent the past 20 years assisting businesses enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and control their costs.

You will need a keen eye for detail, outstanding customer service skills and a strong desire to understand what makes us tick.

You will bring experience of working in an administration role for at least 2 years or will be a graduate looking for your second role. You will have excellent written and numerical skills, at least 6 GCSE Grade C or above and at least Grade B in English and Math.
