They are keen to recruit an experienced HR & Organisational Change Consultant with expertise in providing both strategic and operational OD support and advice (on client site as well as remote).

This is a new permanent Senior HR Consultant job and the successful HR professional will be responsible for the day to day management of assigned clients, overseeing the delivery of a range of OD and HR solutions.

**The Role**
- Advisory support on a wide range of organisational design matters, supporting and undertaking current and future state analysis, carrying out a range of organisational analysis and diagnostics as well as supporting design and migration of new operating models
- Working alongside Executives and business owners to test existing approaches to OD and people matters, supporting the development of strategies and devising solutions to deal with organisation structures, people, workforce, remuneration and talent issues
- Account management of clients through regular contacts, quarterly usage reports and sharing information on service offerings
- Liaising with external stakeholders, eg employment solicitors, to provided proactive ER solutions where unable to do so ourselves
- Driving sales through effective account management and proactive engagement with contacts via social media

**The Person**
- Relevant Degree and professional qualification/membership
- Minimum of 7 years experience of organisation design, agile or change management and demonstrable experience of understanding key issues facing a range of clients/sector
- Proven experience of working on organisation Design/ structure reviews/ change implementation
- Experience of the public sector would be very advantageous
- Experience of delivery large scale transformation programmes
- Enthusiastic OD or HR specialist with a strong commercial /business acumen
- Current driving license and the ability to work flexibly is essential
