Our fast moving global online store within the hair & beauty industry with a large online audience is looking for a E-commerce Assistant to work part-time to work 9:30-1:00pm three days a week.

You will be required to support the smooth day to day running of their e-commerce store.

This role involves working across marketing, customer experience and website management.
- Day to day duties include brand copy and imagery, optimising the customer journey.
- Supporting e-commerce admin tasks for our online store.
- Product photography and filming for social media channels and website improvements.
- Creating and scheduling trending content to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat following a pre-set content calendar and templates.
- Publishing, maintaining and suggestions for improving products: imagery and descriptions within Shopify whilst ensuring the customer’s journey is optimised converting to sales.
- To assist with the day-to-day running of the website, which includes uploading of information and maintaining the optimisation of the brand’s ecommerce platform.
- Frequently ensuring pages are up to date
- Creating and maintaining refinements and filters
- Creating and maintaining seasonal edits to create strong customer-centric stories that drive engagement.
- Keeping up to date with ecommerce trends and user journey to constantly provide ideas to optimise customer experience.
- Complete weekly site walk and make recommendations for improvement to onsite standards and journey.
- Constantly seeks to make improvements that enable a better user journey and maximises the website SEO.
- Monitor and respond to customers on social channels.

You must be a confident self-starter who is open to sharing ideas and collaboration. Positive, proactive, and supportive nature with an eagerness to learn and get stuck in.

Must be able to get to travel to Leacon Road.

You will have guidance, support and be led by the content plan for the year.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
