Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales results, overseeing daily store operations, enhancing customer experience, managing staff, and fostering talent development. Assistant managers also lead creative updates for floorset, styling, and product knowledge.
