Deutsche Bank’s Rates business directs with scale and strength in providing asset and liability solutions to institutional and corporate clients globally.

We give clients access to the Bank’s liquidity and product expertise through our global sales, trading, and structuring teams, as well as our electronic trading channels. Our product range includes fixed income securities and derivatives in interest rates, long dated Foreign Exchange, multi-asset correlation products and commodities.

In this role you will be collaborating closely with traders and interaction with various other teams including, but not limited to, sales, structuring, research, and control functions.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provide strong and consistent coverage of interest rates volatility (VOL) markets involving timely and insightful evaluation, and compelling macro narratives
- Understanding the impact of economic and policy developments in interest rates and generate impactful trade recommendations for Deutsche Bank's clients
- Write for regional and global publications on a spectrum of topics from short-term trade ideas and medium-term investment trends to long-term market themes
- Engage constructively with clients and internal stakeholders in meetings, calls, conferences, publications, and roadshows

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous relevant experience working in financial markets and/or macroeconomic analysis
- Deep knowledge of the European interest rate vol markets, the regulatory landscape, policy architecture and market instruments
- Experience covering fixed income is highly desired
- Strong quantitative skills and non-linear product knowledge
- Experience creating algorithmic strategies with rates products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
