**Duration**:12 Month Contract - opportunity to extend
**Location**:Hybrid - 1 day per week in office - Addlestone
**Rate**:£23.70
**Key Skills**:Excellent communication and organisation skills. Knowledge of finance processes and systems.
To support the Global Business Services (GBS) teams across a range of tasks including managing system access, on boarding administration, Company Credit cards and other responsibilities as required. Plays a key role in supporting the GBS teams to drive thesmooth implementation of new processes including effective identification and management of risks in the new processes and BAU activities.
**Key Deliverables or Milestones**:
- Manage the onboarding process for new Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) resources including the Genpact/Accenture teams, following up on progress and working with the teams to resolve any issues.
- Support the centralised Corporate Card administration and related projects.
- Support the team to resolve system issues - ensuring that all relevant teams are aware of the issue, the implications and are working together effectively to resolve these
- Support GBS in driving considerations of compliance, governance and risk management within all in scope entities.
- Support the wider GBS teams in management of the risk logs, and activity to effectively manage these risks and issues
- Provide management teams with a view on the progress and status of exceptions raised as required.
- Support in developing materials for the new finance processes, and communicate processes and process exceptions to the business effectively.
- Any other project support related activities.
- Support all global entities with the services in scope for Global Business Services and BPOs.
