Are you looking to kick start your career in support work? Wanting to work with children with Autism and Learning Difficulties? Read below

Joining services across the Chorley area that support children between the ages of **6 and 18 with Autism and Learning Difficulties** in both a residential and educational setting. During the day you will attend a school environment with the children, along with teachers and teaching assistants - then return to the residential homes where you may be expected to complete domestic chores, cooking, personal care and completing activities.

Within the role, you will be concentrating on developing independence with the service users as well as developing life skills

Pay and hours:

- £10.82 per hour (£10.92 after probation period)
- 37.5 hours a week
- 07:30 - 16:00 OR 15:30 - 22:00 (mixture of shifts)
- Permanent, full-time position

**Requirements**:

- Some experience within childcare, residential childcare or personal experience
- Drivers preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.82 per hour
