Position: Bank - Residential Support Worker
Location: Preston
Salary: £15 per hour plus £60 for sleep in
Shift Pattern: Bank work- hours when available

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
- Promote a safe and nurturing environment that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of each child.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, educational activities, and recreational outings.
- Implement individual care plans and work collaboratively with the team to ensure each child's needs are met.
- Support children in developing life skills, building self-esteem, and fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role or a background in childcare, social work, or education.
- Qualifications in childcare or a related field are desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work bank shifts on a 2 on / 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and holidays.
